We were very disappointed in the service at the Cherry Hill location. We heard this from other friends that dine out frequently like us , but my son wanted to go for his bday. The dessert was great and probably their best offering. The food is very expensive and while I don’t mind paying for a quality meal, this one fell short for sure. We sat for I’m not kidding or exaggerating for 45 minutes before getting our drinks. That just can’t happen. It was unbelievable, but I just didn’t have the energy to complain. I will say the server knew we were frustrated and did offer us two free drinks which I did appreciate it. The problem is there is not way you should be going out for dinner anywhere and not have a drink for 45 minutes. It wasn’t just us either. I could see the frustration with everyone sitting around us. Everyone was a good sport about it, but I’m sure ownership would be embarrassed if they really knew the truth of what was going on. I won’t ever be back again as there are ton of other options. Also, this is first time I ever left a review good or bad for a restaurant in my life.

Me and my client went in @11:30am and it was no one in there which was a plus given we got one on one attention from our server. Food came out quick and hot . Everything was amazing my client loved it being it was her first time eating at the sugar factory!

My son loves going to the Sugar factory for the rainbow burger sliders, but the food is mediocre at best. My meal was overcooked, and when I substituted it for another meal and asked for well-done wings, they were still mushy and they took a long time to get done. The only highlight of the evening was my server Jonathan, my strawberry margarita, and the smile on my son‘s face when he received his rainbow sliders and his strawberry waffle dessert.

John who was working by himself was beyond great. He was the greeter, sitter, server, waitress and bar tender all at once. With people at most of the tables he remain friendly, patient and willing and ready to help who ever. If I could give him more starts I would. The food was ok but John was awesome. It was my sons 10th birthday and he made it extra special while still making sure all the other guess where taking care of. Also we went to the one in Cherry Hill, NJ. John keep up the good work.

The drinks were cool and the milkshake looked amazing, but the food was just not very good. It tasted like glorified fast food. And the service was unimaginably slow. Dirty plates sat on our table forever and it was hard to track down our server. They seemed pretty understaffed.

We arrived at the Cherry Hill location around 12:45 PM and waited for at least 10 minutes before anyone came to seat us, despite the restaurant being empty. Once seated, it took quite a while for the server to attend to us, which led us to believe the restaurant may have been understaffed. The ambience was decent, and the drinks were good. The food was enjoyable, but not exceptional. The server who eventually helped us was friendly and efficient, though. Overall, while the experience wasn’t terrible, we’re not sure if we would return to this particular location.

Lots of the ridiculous diabetes inducing food options are moved to dessert menu, if you're looking for them. Portions still huge. Will be back. Love LOVE love the mimosa flight!

First time dining at Sugar Factory, and I must say my family and I had the most amazing experience there. We were celebrating my daughter's 15th birthday and she now wants to go again. The service was incredible, our server was spectacular and the food was unbelievable and that's an understatement. One thing I was a bit afraid of was the prices because at first glance never been there it seems so prestigious and glorious so I assumed I would be spending a good chunk of change, however, with us a party of 7 and also ordering the dessert that feeds up to 6 which was pricy in itself, the bill was only $310. We would definitely go again and tell everyone about it. Thank you for an amazing night.

I indicated we were there for a birthday, but nothing special was done. The tables were so close together and it was very loud. Food was ok. Milkshakes amazing. But a lot of money for not quality food
