Sugar Factory American Brasserie, America’s favorite eatery and celebrity hotspot, expands in New Jersey with their new Cherry Hill location, opening to the public in fall 2021. The family-friendly, high-energy, celebration destination known for its sweets and treats will be located in the Garden State Park Town Center at 923 Haddonfield Rd, Suite A.     I had very good experience. It’s my first time there and everything looks amazing. The food is very good, excellent prince for the quality food. I loved and recommend of course.

    I had a 8:30pm reservation and wasn’t seated until 9:30pm. No one even apologized for the wait time.

    I don’t think the food was any better than maybe Red Robin for the price that’s charged. It the staff was excellent! Not sure why party rooms aren’t blocked off but for the first time it wasn’t bad.

    There were a lot of birthday parties going on so it was a bit loud but enjoyable. The service was a bit slow, but again they were busy with a lot of birthday parties so I did not mind the wait. The food was good. The steak was a bit overdone so we had to send it back. The second steak was cooked to perfection and we appreciated it. Overall, it was a nice experience and my family looks forward to visiting again.

    The restaurant is very loud and the tables are extremely close together. The presentation of the desserts are fun, but definitely overpriced for what you get. The milkshakes are mostly filled with whip cream. A one and only experience for my family.

    We went here for my daughter’s 10th birthday. This was on a Wednesday night. We had a reservation and were seated right away. We had no waitress until about 20 minutes in where she came over, did not say her name and just took our drink and food order together. There were visible splats of food on the walls, we were sitting under the tvs that were half falling out of the wall and the little glasses our drinks were served in for $5 ea were visibly dirty with specks of brown in them. The HIGHLY OVERPRICED food tasted terrible and the big ice creams were made with a lot of “fillers” like whipped cream. It’s a shame because you could see they were understaffed and many of their staff were working different jobs. The idea was fun, but not worth the money. Just to give you an idea, our bill was $231 for 5 people, and we ordered only 2 desserts and no fancy drinks.. and 2 of our full meals were appetizers. Craziness. It’s all for photos but not taste. We won’t be returning.

    Our really enjoyed ourselves especially for my daughter on her birthday when she was wished a happy birthday song. Our waitress was absolutely great very accommodating.
