   The idea is great but the execution was not. The prices are expensive and the food quality was just not there. Our mozzarella sticks were still cold in the center. Fish tacos looked like they were made with fish sticks and the waitress didn’t include the sides that the menu says it comes with. She had to go back and order it once I had my food and there was an additional wait for that. The restaurant was empty but we still waited a while for our food and plates were brought out sporadically. We were never offered or given refills for the sodas. We hoped that the desserts would save the experience but the milkshake was a milk consistency and the cookie skillet was not very warm. All in all, I wouldn’t return or recommend this location to anyone.

   Ridiculously expensive cocktails, milkshakes, and ice cream desserts. Menu items also too costly, like $23 salads. Service was not attentive and food was decent.

   Food was not good for the value. Bathrooms were dirty. Photographer walking around taking pics then giving a discount for a “Google Review” seemed odd.

   Pollo tacos and Sugar Factory burger were both good. Fries were great. My daughter, who never finishes a burger, finished the whole thing. That says A LOT. Had the non-alcoholic watermelon goblet drink. Sweet, as expected, but refreshing. The vibe in Miami is better. This location is small. We were sat in the front, so maybe that’s why I was underwhelmed. The people walking by might be too distracting for some.

   Went to the location in Delray. Downtown Atlantic ave. Ambiance was cute. Very slow service. Out of the whole restaurant there was only one server!! And he proceeded to apologize and say “no one shows up”…. Menu looked good but unfortunately we ended up not eating and leaving because the service was slow and terrible.

   Didn't even get seated. Waited 10 min for the hostess. Noticed it looked empty and people looked frustrated. A customer came over and told us that if we hadn't been seated, not to bother. She said it was extremely understaffed and slow. She also told us people were getting up and leaving. When the hostess came to greet us finally she hinted that she agreed with the customer. So we left and ate elsewhere. It is too bad that got rid of such a great restaurant in Lionfish for this place.

   Went last night with my family of 4. I read the bad reviews but decided to try it anyway bc my kids like the other Sugar Factory we’ve been to and figured “how bad can it be?” I noticed several tables were empty (and not cleared) even though all reservations were booked the rest of the night. We sat next to another family who seemed upset and was looking for the manager (or anyone who worked there) to stop at their table OR was looking for their drinks/food. Nothing. We got our drinks about an hour after we placed our order. Unacceptable. AN HOUR. We were looking around to everyone either looking for a server, looking for their drinks or food or WALKING OUT BC SERVICE WAS NONEXISTENT. And the management does not care. We walked out without getting our food bc by this time it was over 1.5 hours since we sat down. This place is not going to last. And that’s too bad because there are a lot of patrons who’d want to spend the ridiculous amount of money to enjoy a meal here with their families. Tables were left uncleared by the waitstaff for over an hour. So crazy.

   Avoid this place, waited 55 minutes for our drinks, they never came even after asking server twice. Food did t come so we finally let the manager know and we left. Can only assume they are terribly understaffed and disorganized

    The waiter hardly came to the table. The restaurant was not busy, only a few tables with customers. We were there for over two hours. Overpriced. My son ordered the chicken tenders, but he said they didn’t have it and it shouldn’t be on the menu, but it’s under appetizers. My Buffalo chicken sandwich was chicken tenders with buffalo sauce.
