After our order was placed it took 45 minutes for our waitress to return to our table and to see that we hadn't received our food yet. She returned to our table to tell us they were out of 2 of the dishes our party ordered and that was why they hadn't brought out our food yet. We weren't notified that we needed to order replacements until that time. When they finally brought out the 3 other dishes, it was very obvious they had been sitting for a while in the back. The person who brought our food out was rude and unresponsive, our waitress was neglectful, the entire experience was negative. I would not recommend this restaurant for many reasons, the service being the top reason, the over priced menu options that were not even available, the ambiance was tacky, there was a huge ladder right in the middle of the restaurant, none of the staff smiled, and they weren't even busy, they were at at maybe 50% capacity. For the price point, we expected so much more. Save your money and your time and di e elsewhere.

Restaurant was decorated beautiful. The music was awful and extremely loud. Bathrooms were not very clean

My kids really wanted to try this place after the Auto Show. I made reservations and we got there about 20 minutes early. There were not a lot of diners and we were seated right away. It was so loud, we could not hear eachother talk. The ambience was so cheesy. Inflatable Valentine decorations and dollar store streamers taped all over. The dinnerware is plastic and the tables were dirty. It took 25 minutes for a server, who was not ours, to bring water. Our server finally showed up mumbling at us, looking less than thrilled to be there. The menu is massive but the print is tiny and very difficult to read. I almost ordered a virgin drink that was $46 on accident until my son pointed to the price in small print. The food took almost 45 minutes to arrive. My daughter's meal arrived 10 minutes after mine and my son's. My son loved the burger, but the $20 truffle fries tasted nothing of truffle oil. My daughter's pretzel was cold and stale. My salad was small and not anything special for $27. The bill comes already with 20% gratuity added in. My head is still pounding a few hours later as now I received an email that the restaurant told OpenTable we were a no show and I had to set that straight. This place could be so cool, but it's raunchy and overpriced. The only reason I gave two stars was because my son enjoyed his burger.

Really enjoyed celebrating my wife's birthday at Sugar Factory. The drinks were totally awesome the bartender made a Carmel apple shot that was superb and our server Malachi made the experience priceless

This place is way too expensive and tacky and not clean. Could be cool but it’s not.

Slow service. Staff putting up decorations during prime time dinner. Took forever to get food as they were having a “staff meeting”. Waitresses walking around with a bag of candy and eating it while on the floor. For the amount we paid for, we expected better service. Chicken was reheated and found a hair in our food. Will never go back.

My expectation was low based on the reviews. I’d said the experience was fine. Good place for kids to go once for a fun, fancy expensive shake. The place overall looked tattered and dirty. The candy store did not have much stock and was underwhelming. Good, hot French fries and decent tasting, super fun desserts.

I Came to sugar Factory to celebrate my 22nd birthday. reservation was made , when I got there they didn’t have a table to seat us at & once we ended up getting a table we sat for 20 mins because there was no waiter assigned to the table . Our waiter was completely rude, kept explaining she was ready to go & it was the end of her shift. Rushing us . Service was terrible .
