It was a great atmosphere, but our food took an hour and a half to get. Our server was the life of the party, which unfortunately meant fun to watch, however, did not come to the table. We didn’t even have time to get dessert, they told us it would take another 40 minutes to get dessert. Great place with a lot of fun, but maybe don’t go on a Saturday night…

I wish it was very nice and very attentive towards us. She went out of her way for us a couple of times and I was appreciative of that. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and any other questions that we had. She made me feel special When I went for my birthday.

Had 1:30 reservations got sat at 2pm. Service was awful. Food was awful.

One of the worst experiences. Took 45 minutes to order and had 3 different waiters/waitresses and don’t believe any one was actually assigned and had to ask to order employees to be helped. Cool place, but nobody seemed to ever work in the food industry.

As soon as we arrived for our reservation our group of 6 was crammed into a booth that should maybe seat 5. We had nowhere to put our coats and couldn’t even open our menus without hitting each other. When we did open our menus half of them were old so some had to change their order last minute. We were there for my daughter’s 10th birthday and when she ordered a Dr Pepper the waiter tried multiple times to convince her to get it made into a float even when her dad and I told him no. We had to ask multiple for water and constantly had to remind employees of items we ordered and were missing We all got our food and drinks at different times. At least 20 minutes apart and everything was mediocre at best. My friend’s drink didn’t arrive until about 10 minutes before we needed to leave to get to our show at the Fox. We were there for nearly 2,5 hours. Our bill was over $250 dollars and we have never been so disappointed with a restaurant.

The $25 price for a shake and $46 price for an adult drink is ridiculous. The restaurant and restrooms were absolutely disgustingly dirty.

Made reservations (for 4) early in the day for 6:45p. We arrived at 6:35p and checked in. By 7:15p we had still been waiting and asked how long til a table would be ready. The hostess told us we were never checked in so she proceeded to check us in. We finally sat down at 7:30. We waited 30 minutes and no one ever took any drink orders. We saw the people next to us leaving and they left many items on their table so I asked how the food was and they said it was gross and that it took over 2 hours to get. So we got up and left. Never were approached by anyone. Total waste of time and the $15 we spent to park. I will never go there again.

Overpriced garbage!!! Food went back twice and was still wrong. Drinks took 40 minutes to receive. Will never go back especially for the price!

Very understaffed. The staff was nice and doing their best. The place was very dirty and was in desperate need of cleaning.

Worst experience ever. We had two waters, an appetizer and the rainbow sliders. The food took forever to come out. The waitress was RUDE. She never brought the items to go on the sliders. We were never offered a water refill. The bathrooms were so dirty. I expected the high price food but was also expecting a fun experience. I would not have left my waitress more than a dollar, however, they put a MANDATORY 20% tip on your bill. I would not return if my meal was free. So very disappointing. They were not even busy. Just awful. Waste of $70.
