   This place is way overhyped for the prices and quality of food. I know we’re in a world of inflation but $17 for a side of regular fries is ridiculous! We will not be back.

   Visited on Sunday the menu was very limited only order from the brunch section and some appetizers!  went for a birthday celebration 15 year-old was disappointed couldn’t order from the whole menu! didn’t know you had to pay extra to sing Happy birthday! Nice location, but a little overrated. had a better experience at other locations. this location is targeted to tourist.

   Came for lunch but was told only brunch menu. I didn’t see anything like that when i made reservations. I wouldn’t have made the reservation then as we wanted lunch options. One drink bowl order was the drink with with ring pops but no rings pops (all out) . One drink had a ducky - no duck all out. Just seems that these are signature drinks and the items should be on hand. Just disappointed with overall experience.

   We went to the SugarFactory because the drinks and desserts looked amazing. I loved that it was a restaurant with a full menu so we could spend time there. It ambiance looked to have many camera opportunities. We were sat a table upstairs and it took forever to get our drinks. There were only 3 other tables there at that time. We went at 5pm because we had play tickets for 7pm. 3 out of 4 meals came out together and the 4th came out 10 min later (it was a burger). The waiter never came back to give drink refills. We did not even get dessert because it had taken 90 min for food and basic sandwiches, no "entrees" were ordered. My suggestion - go for a dessert or go for a drink (SUPER pricey though). Don't make a night of it.

   Food overpriced and quality of it not good at all! Service is terrible. Just worth it if you want to take pictures. Other than that not worth going!
