   Lovely classic steakhouse. Had the Prix Fixe menu and wine by the glass (great wine list btw). Ambience was perfect. Loved the quiet music playing in the background. Lives up to the reputation!

   Our table of four went to Sullivan’s to celebrate a birthday. It was everyone’s first time there so we knew we were taking a chance as far as our meal was concerned. Well we were all wowed by our meals, drinks, and the service. We sat outside on the patio near the bar which was relatively quiet. You could hear the music but we could still talk without shouting. “The Sure Thing” pre fixe dinner was a hit with three of our group and the other enjoyed the steak salad. The steaks were all cooked properly, the garlic mashed were not overly garlicky, the bread was hot and tasty, the salads were a nice size, and the key lime pie was fantastic! The service was very good and the pace of the meal was appropriate. The birthday boy received a nice message on his dessert plate. They even have a rewards program which I will certainly be taking advantage of in the future. Great place to go for date or special occasion!

   Drinks, atmosphere, service & seafood were good. NY strip steaks were fatty & well undercooked. I will return for cocktails only.

   All the drinks went well with each course. The red snapper was especially good for never having it before. The steak and shrimp were excellent. The service was really good, we had someone stop by during every course. I definitely would do something like this again.

   Having visited this restaurant on previous occasions which were always A+ it was more than disappointing to have had such a terrible experience at this most recent visit. Previously had an amazing birthday celebration which was the reason to return. Whereas the year prior the table was decorated and the notes in the reservation were reviewed and acknowledged with accuracy there was nothing close this time. Errors were made with the order. Food was served cold, menu options were apparently not available and not communicated until an alternative was presented to the table which was also cold. The solution was to reheat the actual food we had touched at the table and return it to us instead of providing fresh and properly prepared food. We were shocked. Then a few desserts were provided ‘on the house’ one option of which had freezer burned ice cream (crystallized) and excessively frozen and hard bananas foster. Not sure what has happened in the last 365 but management should seriously review their practices and policies. For the price point, the steak which was prepared well, is not worth this experience. Having made this a favorite ‘must dine when in Palm Springs’ restaurant historically, I think we will absolutely explore new options next time.

   The restaurant just doesn’t feel, smell and look as clean as it used to be. There was considerable dirt under our table m. Overall the service was excellent, food was great and Sullivan still remains a favorite. Please come back to Seattle!

   We are frequent patrons of the Sullivan’s back home, as we always have great service and amazing food. We decided to check out the one in Palm Desert on Spring Break with our family of 50. We visited last year and had a great experience. The bartenders and wait staff were attentive and helpful. Our appetizers came quickly and were on par. We waited longer than usual for our entrees, seemed like over half an hour to 45 minutes… We ordered 5 entrees, all of which we have and typically enjoy back home. Our lobster tails smelled fishy and one was grey and undercooked and one was orange. My husband’s bone in filet was gray and not cooked to order. The 2 filets we ordered for our kids were also gray and overcooked. Our garlic mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts were cold. We brought the issues to our servers attention and asked to speak to the manager. They were both apologetic and offered to bring out other entrees, but we had already been there over 2 hours and were ready to head back. We received some complimentary deserts but were too thrown off by the poor quality of our dinners to venture and try the desert.

    Waited 10 minutes after seating before being acknowledged by anyone. Waiter messed up food order twice, then had me box my own food. No martini olives on a Saturday night. Whole experience was bad. Never going back.
