Perfect experience but one guest food came late, but they didn’t charge for it which was fair. Overall the food, service and value was exceptional.

The server was amazing. My glass was never empty. People graciously took empty plates from our table. They were quite attentive. The crab cake was probably the best one I've ever had.

Will not be returning. Service does not match the price. Crab cakes were the worst I've ever had. Even asked the server if it was imitation crab. Deviled eggs were good and the drink were okay. Cookies were extremely dry. People that think this place is good must just like the ambiance.

The customer service snd food quality was not at the level for that type of establishment. The experience was similar to a fast food establishment. For example our salad order was ordered with grilled chicken. The server brought the order without chicken. We made her aware the chicken was missing and she suggested to go ahead and eat the salad while she requests the chicken to be made and she would bring it on a side plate. We told her the point of a chicken salad is to eat the salad and chicken together. The server stated the salad may be wilted as we wait for the chicken to be made. We told her she should make a new salad and not reuse the salad she brought out without the chicken. The server seemed annoyed rather than being apologetic. Keep in mind it is Valentine’s Day and the romantic atmosphere went away. In addition The pizza which our server recommended was burnt and oily It’s unfortunate as we like the decor of the restaurant but it quickly is spoiled by the poor service and food quality. This was our third attempt at this restaurant and this is not a hate review but an intent to bring to light the issues for future customers

It was quite noisy, but that’s true of every restaurant these days. I object to the waiter bringing our check and then waiting there for us to pay it. Couldn’t he have just brought it in a folder and left it on the table??. Uncomfortable trying to work out the tip with him standing there.

Kristy is the best server ever! Her and Chef were so thorough and sensitive to all of the food allergies and sensitivities. Good was outstanding. Ambience was A VIBE. 10/10!

This was our second time lunching at Summer House. The food is delicious and well presented. Our server Rebecca went above and beyond for us which was especially appreciated since it was Valentine's Day. I wish I could remember the name of our server on the previous visit, because we had a positive experience that time as well! We will be back!

Love the artichoke appetizer. Chicken tacos were tasty and so was the spaghetti and meatballs. Service was excellent. Food came quick and water was constantly replenished.
