From savory dishes to sweet indulgences, our Easter Brunch Buffet is the perfect way to celebrate with family and friends. Indulge in made-to-order omelets with all your favorite fillings, from smoked salmon to kimchi and pork belly, or start your meal with freshly baked bagels, muffins, and waffles, all paired with whipped ube butter and strawberry jam. Enjoy Sunda signatures like our Ube Waffles, Tempura French Toast, Pork Belly Adobo, and Chicken Inasal, adding an extra layer of flavor to your Easter brunch. For something heartier, dive into our Carving Station featuring tender Prime Rib Korean Style with au jus and kimchi or Cebu Lechon Belly with foie gras gravy. Seafood lovers won’t want to miss the fresh assorted signature maki and nigiri, along with oysters, shrimp, and smoked salmon. Dessert is nothing short of indulgent with an Ube White Chocolate Fountain, mini cheesecakes, ginger carrot cake, our crowd-favorite fried scallion buns with condensed milk, and more. There’s something for everyone, whether you're craving the savory richness of pork belly adobo or the sweetness of rice pudding cups. Course 1 Edamame, Crispy Brussels Sprouts, Tiger Shrimp Tempura Course 2 Spicy "Tail of Two Tunas", Panda, Island Maki Course 3 New York Strip Steak, Szechuan Chicken, Miso Cauliflower, Jasmine Rice Course 4 Mochi Ice Cream *Beverages will be added to final bill at the end of the dinner along with ala carte added items, additional added guests plus 20% service charge & tax.
