   最高でした。ここ以外の寿司は食べたくないほど美味い。アラカルトでにぎりが注文出来るのがいい。しゃりが小さいのも良い。

   My absolute favorite Japanese restaurant in Manhattan. Their sushi is perfect. Omakase, tempura, udon, dine in or take out, you can’t make a bad choice here. Friendly and welcoming service.

   As always, the fish was outstanding. The service was perfectly attentive, and never intrusive. We ordered two of today’s appetizer specials highlighting the cuisine of Okinawa (teriyaki fluke, and very thinly sliced yellowtail with ponzu sauce and mild jalapeño condiment). Note to self- always order whatever they offer as a special addition to the menu. I also ordered whatever sushi pieces they were willing to serve seared. This is the best aburi I have found in the city. I can never recommend this restaurant highly enough.

   Fabulous, as always. There is no better sushi in the area. It’s not cheap, but it is well worth it. Highly recommended is the spicy tuna and avocado on crispy rice and their REAL yellowtail (you’ll realize what you’ve been eating isn’t). You want to visit!

   Hands down, Sushi Ryeusi consistently offers the finest omakase outside Tokyo! Once you sit at the counter, you will become a regular, like me. The fish is the freshest, the preparation is meticulous, the variety of textures and flavors memorable. Also an excellent accompanying sake menu.
