Sushi Saint, located in Downtown Orlando's Creative Village inside the Brew Theory brewery, is a temaki hand roll bar & sushi lounge by Michelin-starred chef Michael Collantes. Each hand roll is made fresh and handed one-by-one to ensure its consumed in its freshest state. Sushi Saint features many beers on tap manufactured on-site, a selection of low ABV sake-based cocktails and sake by the glass.

Made-to-order hand rolls are prepared with the finest global selection of premium seafood, at both the temaki bar and sushi lounge. The lounge menu is designed to elevate date nights and intimate group outings with DIY hand rolls, nigiri platter and other small bites.

Walk-ins are welcome. Reservations are recommended for the 12-seat temaki bar for a more personalized experience in front of the chefs.

We accept all major credit cards and are a cashless facility.

    Out of this world delicious lunch! Service, food, and vibe was all spot on. Run don’t walk to enjoy this little Orlando gem! Every bite was complex and layered.     Incredible birthday omakase experience. Kind, attentive, and knowledgeable staff. Absolutely delicious pairings throughout the entire omakase. Definitely worthwhile and can’t wait to visit again. Chef Ryan is incredible.

    Wow! What a treat! I had heard great things, but this was my first time there. The drinks were exceptional and the food was sublime. Everything was prepared beautifully and it was the highest quality. I am thrilled to have this calibre sushi restaurant in Orlando. This was my first time having hand rolls and it will not be the last. I cannot wait to return and try some of the others. I had the crab hand roll and my friend had the Wagyu steak, plus we dined on shishito peppers and crab salad. We finished by sharing the truffle salmon sushi roll. All were otherworldly! I highly recommend.

    The ambiance of this place is truly lovely, and the service was excellent from start to finish. However, the food and drink are significantly overpriced for what you get. While I can appreciate quality, the cost feels excessive compared to similar spots. I would only consider returning or recommending it if they adjust their pricing to match the experience.”
