ケビンの対応がとても親切でした。私たちはハネムーンで日本から来ました。彼は英語が不慣れな私たちに対して丁寧にわかりやすく伝えてくれました。アフタヌーンティーは美味しく、お店の雰囲気も素晴らしいです。値段も比較的リーズナブルです。このお店がロンドン旅行を特別なものにしてくれました。心からありがとう。忘れません。日本の方はお店に悩んだらこのお店をお勧めします。間違いありません。日によっては日本人スタッフもいます。素敵な体験が待っています。

交通アクセスも良く分かりやすい場所にあります。お店の雰囲気がとても良くスタッフの対応も親切です。しっかりとした印象がありますが地元の人達で賑わう感じが良かったです。イギリス各地の素材を活かしたスタンダードな料理です。お店のオリジナルIPAビールかおいしいです。ワインの取り揃えも豊富。

優しい店員さんが多かった。アフタヌーンティーセットは日本人には量が多かったが、スコーンとサンドイッチが美味しかった。

安くて美味しい。量もとても多く残ったものはタッパーで持ち帰り可能。サービスも非常に親切。荷物は無料でクロークに預けることが出来る。予約でclassicでと記載したが注文は現地で選ぶ方式であった。入口が非常にわかりづらいがまずは2階に入り受付に声をかければok。案内されるまで少し待たされる間も椅子を提供してくれてありがたかった。日本語が通じるスタッフがいて助かりました。 3時間弱ゆっくりさせて頂きいい思い出ができました。

I took my husband here for a birthday afternoon tea and it surpassed our expectations. Staff were friendly and professional and the food was delicious, you could tell everything had been freshly prepared. I requested last minute a gluten free vegetarian tea and they were able to accommodate it with no issues. I found it affordable too when compared to other afternoon teas in the area. Wonderful experience overall and we will be back.
