My family was able to book a last minute reservation at Swank on the weekend, nonetheless. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a smile and promptly seated. The restaurant was able to accommodate my 3 year old son with a booster seat. The chef made some items for my son, who is a very picky eater. The food was amazing. My wife and I had the spinach dip, and the Italian egg rolls. The egg rolls were savory and quite delicious (10/10). For the main entree we had the lasagna and the lamb chops which were both very flavorful. The lasagna had a nice twist to it with the added pesto which was served in a small cast iron skillet. The lamb chops were cooked to perfection and served on a bed of mashed potatoes. I also had a cocktail - old fashioned with woodford reserve. Very tasty. All in all, our experience was great. We’ll definitely be coming back! Thank you for making this family of three feel welcome from start to finish.

I have been proclaiming for several years the talents of Luke, head chef and now owner. The dozen times we have been we have never been let down. When there was something that didn't quite meet our expectations it was immediately resolved and then some. Expect an incredible meal creatively done and memorable.

Great first experience at Swank! The service was amazing and the food was incredible! I highly recommend the lasagna (which is a special). The ambiance was also great and would be fantastic for a date night — I also appreciate that the vibe is more lowkey, which is sometimes hard to find in Dallas. Please give this local gem a try - I’ll definitely be back!

We live in far North Dallas, but we managed to drive down to this restaurant a couple of times a month so worth the drive. Every neighborhood should have a small intimate restaurant like this within walking distance. I highly recommend the short rib and pasta. My wife always does one of the fish selections and enjoys it every time add a spinach dip and you have the whole package.

The food was fantastic . The chicken piccata was prepared was so well seasoned with fresh Italian herbs and ingredients. My husband’s short ribs with pasta provided a new twist on a pasta dish . The ambiance was cozy and intimate with the jazz adding just the right touch . Our waiter was the best !( a tall young man with dark hair and glasses ). The cocktails were really fun. The Only slight recommendation would be to expand the wine list just a bit to include a few more selections . But overall a wonderful night out enjoyed by all .

The salmon dish with pasta was perfectly cooked, and the mezzaluna carbonara was delicious and one of their lighter dishes - a perfect serving size. A shareable appetizer that we enjoyed was the whipped ricotta with bread points. The pickled beets and buratta is also one of my favorites. And you will be happy with dessert, if you still have room!
