Located in the heart of Aspen, sway’s first location outside of Texas features warm wood interiors, heated open-air patio, and full bar. The menu includes sway’s signature modern Thai dishes with a few location-exclusive offerings that tie Aspen’s mountain culture to Northern Thailand’s through cuisine, as well as a full bar program with specialty Thai cocktails and an extensive wine list.

    Join the sway team led by chef Yoshi Okai for the breakdown of a sustainably farmed, 100+ lb pacific bluefin tuna, just in from Kindai University in Osaka, Japan. We’ll be serving sake and good times at 5:30pm before you immerse yourself in the process and watch a master at work as Yoshi + his team expertly break down the fish, piece by piece. Each ticket includes a freshly-sliced bluefin tuna handroll + sake, with additional handrolls available to order onsite.

    Food was tasty but way too sweet. The chicken-lemongrass soup, the Japanese eggplant, the fried-rice beef all tasted like a cup of sugar was added to each dish!

    Excellent Thai food spot in Aspen with a cool Aspen vibe. We really enjoyed the food and there were plenty of vegetarian-friendly options for my family of 4 - the apps were brought out quickly. The main dish was delayed and they were kind enough to check in on us to keep us informed. Highly recommend for the food, ambience, and service.

    Absolutely wonderful meal! Shrimp appetizer was outstanding. Son-in-law entree and chicken pad Thai were both delicious. Service was outstanding. Highly recommend!

    I called the manager to confirm that they would be celebrating a birthday experience and he assured me that it was a restaurant that did a birthday celebration. Upon arrival, no one seemed to remember it was a birthday, I asked for the manager he came out I said hello he didn’t seem to even remember me, and then after it looked like they were wanting to give us a check with the bus to celebration. I asked for the manager again and reminded him, he started to make excuses, the waiter again showed up apologizing and brought some crappy dessert and put in front of the wrong person. In all, Manager was clueless, and the staff equally as clueless, food was all right, some dishes, better than others. They’re rating as a birthday. Restaurant should be deleted from Opentable.

    The service is amazing. We were running late and they called to confirm if we were still on our way. Super accommodating due to the snow. The food was delicious, highly recommend the rolls!
