    I gave a 3-star on food - I’ve heard it is quite good. We did not stay. Made a reservation a week in advance. It was Valentine’s Day. When we arrived, there were 6 empty tables for 2… 5 along the wall and one in the bar area. Couple in front of us was seated in the back, leaving 4 lovely tables along the wall, and the one crammed between 2 others in the bar, with less than 10 inches between tables. The table was wobbly, and table top on a slant. In the 10 minutes we sat there I was brushed in the back of the head 4 times by servers squeezing by. My husband was trying to fix the table leg. The lady at the table next to us was recalling (very loudly) some sort of medical issue in gross detail. Still 4 empty tables along the wall. Decorations from the ceiling fell down upon us. I went to the host. Let him know we were very uncomfortable and were going to leave. Still 4 empty tables. He shrugged. We left.

    Charming, delicious, authentic, warm & friendly and attentive service. This is a little gem on the outskirts of Northport Village not to be missed.

    Enjoyed our meal at Tap and Tapas. The entire family loved the meal. Especially liked the Los Cuatro, Dátiles Rellenos, Albóndigas Morunas and finished with the Bread pudding. Service was good and friendly. Will be back

    It’s a gem on Long Island if you want authentic and delicious tapas. It also has a changing menu. In a quiet spot outside of Northport Village.

    Very nice experience. Excellent food and the service was attentive and not intrusive. I would recommend asking questions about each dish and an order two dishes at a time. Too much to order everything at once. Reservation would be be recommended, even early in the evening. We will definitely return

    Amazing place! Delicious, authentic Spanish Tapas! Great service, friendly staff. I highly recommend this cozy little restaurant.

    It is by far the best food in Northport and the surrounding areas. The most quaint and lovely little place, amazing staff, and delicious and original recipes!
