Apatizer was not served, but visible on the bill, when asking no reasonable answer was given.
Cocktail list is thematized and thight selection, but some ingredients are told “not available at the moment”, it was hard to choose, classic coctails are missing from list. Wine list has many items on it, but unreasonably selected.
First course and soup was almost cold and clearly microwaved as plates were partly hot. Forgot to bring cutlery for them, and afterwards we got a soup spoon for the fish.
One hour has passed until we got the main course, no one came to us during this period explaining why we have to wait while only half of the tables were busy this time.
Lamb was overdone and not prepared precisely as membranes were not removed, garnish was to whole potatoes half raw and tastless, jus was not enough for the amount. Fried chicken was ok, and tasted good.
When starting the main course we were asked that if we would like to order something more as the kitchen will close, since we werenot contacted in the past hour and still had 2 hours of opening time we thought at this point that we will not have desserts and finish our dinner and leave.
When paying no excuses were asked but a bottle of wine were given to take away ( as to everyone) but it is a nice gesture.
Overall, as working in management of michelin star restaurants i think i can judge this evening professionaly, the experience is a disappointment and was expecting much more from the michelin recommendation and price level.
