We so wanted to like the new concept, but it’s hard to come up with anything other than location as a Pro. Cons: - despite a resy, no table was set for 6 when we arrived and we waited without any help… only 2 people plus a young kid working the dining room & bar an no hostess stand; felt very disorganized. - waited 55 mins to get basics drinks (wine, canned beer) to table - food was cold when it came out - prices didn’t match the experience… would be more appropriate to set up as a pub than a steak house - very cold and drafty… space is shared with the sleigh rides and no barrier to keep cold air out… and people were sitting down at both dining tables and tables next to dining table waiting for their sleigh rides… could have put up curtains to cordon off the space or run the sleigh rides from the lower level so the restaurant actually felt like one vs an afterthought charging steakhouse prices - insufficient staffing for busy time (5:30), though it was mostly empty when we left - no music, ambience or other decor or anything to make the space feel like more than a bar. Fireplace was off despite it being so cold inside. Would love to see a good concept and execution at this location, but despite a month of working out kinks, too many remain to think this could be it.

Perhaps they were having an off night or were understaffed? Food was served cold, steaks weren’t cooked properly. We were also charged for items that we ordered but never received. Overall the restaurant wasn’t put together. The drinks from the bar were good.

The bartender saved the day because when my Portobello dinner came out, it was basically one 6 inch in diameter portobello mushroom, grilled with maybe a thimble of vegetables on top and a pile of lettuce the size of a small donut, with nothing else. Nothing else was with the lettuce and it was wilted. We both looked at this disproportional small plate of food and laughed. The bartender instantly knew whoever put this on a plate was clueless, and was either trying to insult us or was an idiot. Luckily he immediately took it back and had them throw some more vegetables on it, but it was probably the worst example of poor quality control by whoever was in the kitchen and I’ve ever seen in my life. The bartender was a pro, and was serving a full bar while helping everyone around him. He needs a huge raise.

It was very cold in the restaurant and the staff had no ability to turn off the overhead fan, turn on the fireplace or adjust the thermostat. Total lack of ambiance with bright lights and no warmth. Staff was very nice and tried hard to manage the crowd; and food was quite good.

Right after reserving the table I tried to cancell to the number provided abd it us the number for the golf club which is not open during winter season … I sent mesages and emails but was never to contact them to cancel … I was charged $90 (very convenient not having a way to contact them)

I never write reviews, but I encountered "fine dining" at it's worst. Tee One ruined our Christmas Eve and my daughter's engagement proposal. I booked a Breckenridge Stables Sleigh Ride followed by dinner at Tee One/Gold Run Nordic Center months in advanced. Fyi - it's simply the Breckenridge Golf Course Clubhouse. We arrived for the Sleigh Ride advertised as drawn by a team of majestic horses to wander through the Breckenridge Valley with the Continental Divide on one side and the 10 mile range on the other! It's simply 30 minutes around the golf course, 2 horses and some cocoa. Cost 11 of us just under $650. Our house is on the golf course, so we had the same view. Sadly, that was the best part. Upon returning to Tee One for dinner, there was no hostess, no direction about our reservation - I had to find someone. The waiter said Victoria would be with us shortly. She never approached us. The waiter, Ray, sat us at a table being cleaned. Tee One was not busy - most tables were leaving. We arrived at 7pm. We placed an immediate order for our special needs daughter (salmon and french fries) and table drink order. The Cosmo and Old Fashioned drinks were horrible. We switched to wine (the fine dining Sauvignon Blanc was Geisen - $12 retail). At 8pm we were still waiting on the 7:15pm order of salmon and fries. We pressed Ray. He claimed there were only 2 chef's in the kitchen and behind. Okay - still doesn't explain and hour wait for salmon/fries and who else were they serving? We waited another 30 minutes. Nothing. Again, pressed Ray - same answer, they were backed up in the kitchen. Now, there were no other tables waiting for food other than ours. The other table of 3 had finally received dinner. I asked for the manager trying to at least get the salmon/fries. None of the employees would tell me who was in charge. Finally after getting seriously annoyed, I was told Victoria was in charge. She came out of the kitchen to tell me that

So disappointed, had made reservations for dinner and we ended up walking out, did not even get a glass of water. It was not very busy, few tables were sat... kind of sad. Odd employee behavior, cluster of people stood around behind the bar, looked like friends or other employees maybe chatting with them. We noticed people going up to the bar saying their drinks never came, where was their server?... not a good sign. We tried to be patient, menus were dropped off but no one came back to table, and we were at a 4 top tight in front of the bar, so not lost in a remote corner. We would love to see the golf club restaurant thrive and would be happy to support it regularly. Hope to learn there has been a change in management or ownership...? Could be such a gem or a restaurant & club house.

Very nice and cozy environment. Server was attentive and friendly. Chicken Marsala was great Had tempura cauliflower and Brussel sprouts appetizers. Both were really nicely done. Definitely recommend.
