As soon I walked in I was greeted with a smile. Our waitress OMG I can’t believe I forgot her name, but she was a AMAZING! I’m not a drinker, so I asked her to fix me something sweet and YES, she brought over a drink that I requested 2nd one LOL I’ll most definitely will be back there and let people know about Teresa’s Ristorante!!! We had a very pleasant Lunch at Teresa's. We were given a table in a private dining room and our server was excellent. She took great care of us and made us feel welcome and at home. I visited teresas with my wife to celebrate her birthday, we had a great lunch and the portions were huge. I usually don't give such a negative review, but our experience at Teresa's was mixed - high to low. The server we had was not very good. Ordered a martini and it came with no olives. Had to ask three times for the olives, meanwhile we could see her standing at the bar talking, then clearing off the table behind us, boxing up leftovers, ordering dessert - and they weren't rushing (it was a birthday). The other cocktail was fine. Ordered a glass of wine to have with dinner. Never served - had to ask twice before we finally got it. Also, we ordered a 9 oz glass. When it was delivered it wasn't a 9 oz. pour, but at that point we were so aggravated we didn't say anything. When we got the bill, we were charged for a 6 oz. pour which was fine, but again she didn't listen when taking the order, especially since it took two times for her to serve it. On to the food - octopus appetizer was delicious, but it was mostly potatoes and vinegar peppers, very little octopus. Why have it on the menu when it's so costly that they can barely afford to add any to the appetizer. One of our entrees was the Spicey Vodka Rigatoni which was delicious. Would go back just to have that. The big disappointment was one of the signature dishes - Pollo Milano. The chicken was so overcooked that it that it was "one step" away from being burned, pounded paper thin, and very dry. The sauce wasn't a tomato cream sauce as stated on the menu, but just a regular tomato sauce. It was essentially chicken parmigiana without the melted cheese. Choice of pasta was pappardelle. Unlike the problem with the chicken, the pasta was very thick, chewy, and beyond "as dente", it was almost raw tasting. Also, there was so much sauce on both the chicken and pasta that it was drowning the dish. Barely ate any of it - maybe should have sent it back but we usually never send anything back as not wanting to cause a scene at the restaurant. Might go back for the Vodka Rigatoni - it was really good!Teresa’s Ristorante Bar & Pizzeria本日返信済みThank you for your detailed feedback, Cathy. Service was wonderful. Our server April was very friendly and answered all our menu questions. She checked in on us as needed. Drinks were delicious. Loved the Cesar salad. Beautiful restaurant and good service. The food was good but light on flavor. This is probably just our preference for more garlic and spices. Delicious meal of tuna tartare & avocado, Caesar salad & pappardelle pasta with & braised beef, spinach & luscious sauce! A few of the pasta strips get clumped & hardened together; may suggest stirring it up a bit more with boiled pasta water then adding the sauce b4 presenting the dish otherwise we would not change a thing!
