   The food wasn’t great. The focaccia was just like a regular loaf of bread. The fondue didn’t come with enough bread for dipping. We ran out and there was still half left in the cup and someone just cleared it from the table instead of offering more bread for dipping. For the price, the portions were very small. Our waiter was ok but didn’t once ask how the food came out. Over priced for the quality of food and service.

   Very nice restaurant, the entry, recommended for the table (the pork shank) was a meat overdose, well cooked and seasoned but too much. The polenta with short ribs was a disappointment.

   Food was subpar, service subpar, prices too high. What was with all the plaid?!? Sat us in a table with sun in our eyes but no one else there. Not a do over.

   Total Score: 3.8/5 Highlight: The highlight of my experience was the service and the dessert Gelato Tray, I highly recommend ordering this on a date night or at a dinner with a few friends, it was spectacular. Ambiance: 7/10 Overall Tera had an impressive ambiance for e restaurant within a large mall, with well themed decor, and a charming bar area. Service: 9/10 Our server was very attentive, friendly and overall seemed as though he enjoyed his job. He ensured that our food came on time and emphasized that he was available for any questions we might have for him during our experience. Pricing: 7/10 Overall, the prices were a bit elevated, in the range of a higher end steakhouse or date-night restaurant. The food was of great quality however, nearly justifying these elevated price levels. Quality of Food: 8/10 For the price tag, the tuna main I ordered was spectacular, providing a generous amount of fish, alongside a small side salad and some vegetables. It was obvious that all of the ingredients utilized were of higher tier quality, and prepared quite well. Menu/ variety: 7/10 Overall the menu provided a wide variety of fish and meat options, a large array of polenta options and some unique Italian dishes I haven't seen at many local restaurants. My only complaint here is that there is no pizza, this being the meat and seafood restaurant in Eataly, with the more traditional pizza and pasta restaurant being on the first floor of the facility.

    Interesting and refreshing concept for winter in the restaurant- very well executed brunch menu- everyone enjoyed their entrees, cappuccino, and bread. One of the more unusual brunch options in north Dallas- recommended!
