Located on the rooftop, the unique space includes an outdoor terrace with an active botanical garden, bar, and fire pit; indoor dining room; and more. Oh, and did I mention the 20- year-old olive tree. Our full-serviced wood-burning Italian grill brings the ground-to-grill experience to life: simple and seasonal Californian ingredients presented in sharable meals, whole -grilled vegetables, rotisserie dishes, and more - all paired with unique beverage program centered around gins from around the world. Given that it was Xmas night and crowded they did a good job. Just understaffed. Still a lovely experience with great food

It was not a great experience. Their system for delivering door and drinks is disjointed. My wife’s favorite drink is a lychee martini. Not sure what they delivered but it wasn’t a good drink. Plus it took about 10+ minutes from the time we ordered it until the time we received it. We ordered a bread plate. Asked for some balsamic and was told that cost $5.00. With my wife’s meat she asked for some hot Sause. They charged $3.00. Im not a cheap person but do expect value and there was little value. BTW, the reason your heater wasn’t working very well was because the tank was empty. Learn how to trouble shoot and problem solve. Waitstaff Megan, on the other hand represented you well and was a breath of fresh air considering everything that wasn’t There is the saying that you only have one chance to make a good first impression… this was not a good first impression

I was pleasantly surprised to find this restaurant open on Christmas. The service was warm and attentive, and the staff was welcoming despite the holiday rush. However, while the ingredients were good, the food didn’t quite meet our expectations in flavor. Overall, I appreciate the excellent service and their effort to stay open during the holidays.

We are a big fan of this place but iur Christmas day visit was extremely disappointing. If during the holidays you can't offer the same quality of food and the same service your clients are custom to, just dont stay open on holidays First off, they couldn't find our reservation. Then, they didn't offer heaters in certain areas in cold nights. Cocktails came in way after appetizers. Had to ask 3 times for drinks. Ordered 2nd round of drinks, after asking 3 different people, eventually they arrived after we were done with dinner. Food came not hot and not good at all. Disappointing food and horrible service. Never again during holidays. .

Eataly is open for Christmas and provides an ideal space for anyone looking for a new place to celebrate the holidays. The panettone was a highlight.

Expensive but a great spot out on the patio for any special night. Dishes are cooked on open wood burning grills and overall the food is delicious. Right atop the Century City Mall. Very romantic, beautiful view and great staff!

The place wasn’t busy or full, but instead of spacing out tables, they seated another group right next to us which was odd. Made it a little noisy. I had asked the waitress if they had a swirly type pasta (because I remember I had a really good pasta before but couldn’t remember which one except that it was mini swirls), she said no, so I picked a random one and it was the same swirls! So not sure why she said they didn’t have it. We also ordered the ribeye and it was actually pretty chewy and very very fatty. Not a huge fan. Everything else was great.
