Came here on Christmas for an 11am reservation. All started out well until after we ordered our food. We had our 2 year old son with us. We asked the server to order all apps and entrees all at once because our son was going to be eating the entrees primarily. We stated that he was hungry, so please do not delay. 45 minutes later, and we had still been waiting for both pastas. We flagged down a server because we couldn’t find ours. They said they would check on the pasta. They did not return. 15 minutes after that, and we flagged down a Manager. We weren’t sure if he was the manager, so we first asked”are you the manager here”. He responded sarcastically with “they don’t pay me to walk around and….” (I missed what the second half was”. Regardless, this added to our frustration. We told him what was going on and said we needed our check because our son was about to have a meltdown. Our son was honestly such a champ, as he was growing angry from hunger, but was keeping it together. Manager immediately came back with the pasta in regular bowls. We had to ask for it to be packed up and asked again for the check. They did make it right by comping the check, but this entire experience was so bad that I felt that I had to share. This was our first time going, and I’m sad to say it will likely be our last. Such beautiful ambience, and the menu looked lovely.

The Manager was never sarcastic he simply made a joke which obviously was non heard completely (as per your review says)
He helped you immediately and comped the entire check when he delivered the food, 2 minutes after hearing of your struggles ,he did not have to comp all of it.
Upon your request of boxing he immediately brought you boxes and a bag ,he helped you to box it .
He escorted your family out carrying the boxed bag with the food and when you request an extra lemonade bottle without hesitation he got you one offering also a second drink . In our guest recovery text book he did everything in his power to mitigate your bad experience, he was courteous, compassionate and understanding .
