Born in the “Pampas”, (Southern region of Brazil) Terra Gaúchaʼs concept revolves around “Churrasco” a traditional grilling method using open flames and various cuts of meat. Today, we proudly keep the flame alive using authentic Gaúcho seasonings and natural wood charcoal to roast succulent beef, lamb, poultry and pork.

In addition to our grilled meats, guests enjoy a gourmet salad and sides bar featuring the freshest vegetables, a variety of cheeses and cold cuts. During the dining experience each guest is transported (no passport required) to “Southern Brazil” where they are pampered from start to finish. The “Terra Gaúcha familia” would like to invite you for a unique experience that will make a lasting impression.

Having a great meal is rewarding. Having a great meal every time you visit this place, is outstanding. What make it excellent for me is the consistent quality, creative dishes and now, since I'm becoming a regular, the staff is making their recommendations tailored to my testing. Each time I visit is a new dish, a new flavor, a new item to discover, being sweet plantains with condensed milk or fried cheese with special honey. What would be next?

We used to love Fogo and thought this would be a great option closer to us. Our experience was really subpar on every level. The salad bar was no where near as good as Fogo’s (haven’t been there in a while though). It was very busy, loud and chaotic, not what I expect for the price point. The servers would all come at once whether your cards were up or not and then you wouldn’t see them for 10 + minutes. Very rarely did the superior cuts of meat come by our table and when you asked for a specific temperature (med rare, medium) you rarely got what you asked for. The tables were small so they’d put the meat skewer within inches of your face while they’re cutting it, juice and blood from the meat getting in your clothes, not to mention about 8” away from people’s faces and breath (yuck). It felt rushed and wasn’t relaxing at all. I left exhausted and really disappointed. We won’t go back.

This was one of the best dining experiences that we have enjoyed, and we constantly try new restaurants. This was our anniversary and it was a perfect choice. The staff was welcoming, and the manager checked in with us several times. We will definitely dine here regularly.

Food was okay. Not great for the price tag. We had a party of 8 and service started great and then steadily declined as the evening wore on. We weren’t given water or drink refills timely, some sides didn’t even make it to us, etc. I’ll give it another chance.
