Born in the “Pampas”, (Southern region of Brazil) Terra Gaúchaʼs concept revolves around “Churrasco” a traditional grilling method using open flames and various cuts of meat. Today, we proudly keep the flame alive using authentic Gaúcho seasonings and natural wood charcoal to roast succulent beef, lamb, poultry and pork.

In addition to our grilled meats, guests enjoy a gourmet salad and sides bar featuring the freshest vegetables, a variety of cheeses and cold cuts. During the dining experience each guest is transported (no passport required) to “Southern Brazil” where they are pampered from start to finish. The “Terra Gaúcha familia” would like to invite you for a unique experience that will make a lasting impression.

We came for the first time for Devour Indy and had a great experience. Everything exceeded my expectations from the outstanding service to the meats that kept coming-that flank steak! and don't neglect the hot and cold bars-everyone at the table found a different gem on the bars. AND you can try things you might not order at a restaurant and be pleasantly surprised!

We went for my husband's birthday dinner, and it was a great experience! The food was very good with a wide variety of both meat and other options. The lemonade was fresh and delicious. Most notable was the service. Everyone was helpful and attentive. We will absolutely be going back!

1st visit & everyone was attentive, food was great & plentiful. Staff was good to ck back to make sure, our needs were met.

We went for lunch on a Monday. It was not too busy, I made reservations so we sat fairly quickly. We sat at our table for what seemed like forever before we were ever acknowledged. It only felt like forever because the 2 tables the were sat after us received bread and water before we were ever acknowledged. When we were finally acknowledged we were able to start the service shortly after. The food was very good and almost everything we had came out very hot. I was disappointed we were never asked at the start what our preference was on the doneness of the meat. We were only asked once and that was by a manager when he noticed our plates were empty. When we finished we ordered a cheesecake to go, it was never brought out we had to ask an employee that walked past us to grab it for us. Overall I had very high hopes but for us the food was great but the service was lacking especially for the price we were paying per person.

I had heard so many positive reviews and was so looking forward to an upgrade from the Fogo experience. It was not so tonite. The dining experience was fair. The tables are so crowded together. A couple of the people in my party kept having their chairs kicked by the servers walking by. Because there was no coat check, the staff kept walking on the coat when it was kicked off my chair. Our server team took a long time to get us started. We could not get anybody to give us plates. One of the Gaucho’s dropped his drip pan and just stood there and let the meat skewer free drip on the carpet. I told him to use one of the small plates, but he said it was no problem. The problem was that it was dripping between 2 guests. Some of the meat was fabulous. Others not so much. It just felt very chaotic and I have been to several Brazilian steakhouses over the years. We will likely try it again, but it will be awhile. Hopefully they remove some tables in the meantime.

We had a wonderful birthday celebration. Everyone there is considerate, attentive and in constant motion. Food was excellent and meat quality was very good!

We were really looking forward to our dinner, but quickly regretted our decision. We had a 7pm reservation, but were told they were running about ten minutes late (which is fine). The restaurant was packed full and so loud you couldn’t have a conversation at your table. When we were finally seated we were at a table in the corner of the back room. Our server came and asked for our drink order. We both said we would like to start with water, but would like to see a drink menu. He said he would return with one, but never did. We took to the salad bar and then returned to our table for entree service. Once we started receiving the different meats offered my husband actually bussed our table and got us clean plates because our waiter was no where to be found. The meal comes with a few sides which were never delivered to our table. We had to ask for them and by the time they finally showed up we were full. Someone came by and asked if we were finished eating and we said yes, so rather than just taking our plates, he took everything. At this point we were interested in seeing a dessert menu, but again our waiter was no where to be found. Someone different appeared with our bill (which we weren’t ready for) and then stood at our table until my husband pulled out payment. This server then processed the payment and handed us a receipt. It was such an uncomfortable interaction and we felt incredibly rushed. We definitely won’t be back. For the prices paid I’ll go to Fogo and I know I’ll have better food and much better service.

10/10 definitely recommend! We were so amazed by the kind welcoming service. We felt like we’re able to try all the meat selections we wanted. The ribeye, lamb chops and grilled pineapple were our favorites. Tiramisu and an espresso martini topped off our amazing experience. I definitely recommend making a reservation.

amazing experience. dessert team had a hick up (just waited a long time), they apologized but we were having a good time anyway because of how helpful the staff are. they asked if we wanted to put our jackets away, pull and push chairs, ask if we would want a specific meat to come over. would totally come back!
