   the food is some of the worst I’ve had in NYC. pizza is fine, but everything else we ordered were pretty terrible. Branzino was way over cooked and had no flavor. Grilled octopus was rubbery. The broccoli rabe was mushy!!! Like they microwaved leftovers from the night before. I hope the owner reads this and makes improvements.

   We always accept constructive criticism, because it helps us improve and is part of our job. However, we would like to underline that the attitude with which you enter a restaurant affects the experience itself. Since his arrival, his behavior towards our staff has been surly and rude, which certainly did not favor a serene interaction. As for our food, we want to firmly reiterate that we only use fresh ingredients, prepared at the moment, in full respect of authentic Italian tradition. To declare the opposite is not only incorrect, but also offensive towards those who work with passion every day to offer quality and authenticity.We are always available to discuss with customers, but we do not accept unfounded accusations from those who approach with the intent to discredit.

   This is the most authentic Italian food I have tried in NYC and the most reasonably priced too. The location is beautiful with an amazing view of the city. This place is a must try!

   Delicious, warm and beautiful - our friends that dined with us had just returned to Italy and they think Terrone is the only restaurant they've tried that compares!

   Great authentic Italian food. Great wine list. Nice atmosphere for a romantic date or a nice dinner with friends. The pizzas and the tiramisu are probably the best in New York.

   The food is very good. The day we were there it was very chaotic, and there was a children's pizza making event which made it very noisy. So the ambience that day...in a word...was non-existent. It seemed that the owner was waiting on tables and everyone else was just support staff (guy bussing tables). This made for some of the chaos since he was also running the kids events. The food was good enough that we will go again when there isn't an event in the restaurant. You must try the 6 layer eggplant appetizer...it's to die for!

   Food was delicious, the service was attentive and staff was very reasonable given we had children at our table. Hope to return again.

    Nice ambience with good food. Hubby and I had dinner here for the 1st time recently and we were not disappoint. First off I like the intimate vibe which is good for date night, service was good as well. For starter we shared the Prosciutto E Mozzarella which was refreshing. On the entrees, hubby had the Linguine alla Nerano and I opted for Tono in Crosta-Tuna in pistachio crust & lemon sauce. It was a delicious dinner and we want to come back to try their pizza.
