I’ve been a loyal Terroni patron for decades, consistently impressed by the great food and reliable service. In recent years, we’ve primarily visited the Price Street location, where the food has always been exceptional. Tonight, after a Christmas show, we decided to revisit Terroni Queen Street after several years away. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a disappointing mistake. We ordered five pasta dishes as our mains. Three arrived first, but the fourth was delayed by 15 minutes, and the fifth came another five minutes later. The delay was frustrating, but the real letdown was the quality—four out of the five pastas were average at best. Adding to the disappointment, the glass of wine I ordered never even made it to the table. The server, to their credit, apologized and offered free desserts. However, aside from the pistachio torte, the desserts were simply subpar. To top it off, the americano was shockingly bad, a stark contrast to the high standards Terroni is known for. What has happened to Terroni Queen? This experience was far from the excellence I’ve come to expect. It’s disheartening to see such a decline at a location that was once a favorite.

I often go to the Terroni Adelaide location, so this was my first time on Queen. A different ambiance overall, much more quaint and sort of trendy type place, but with the same great Terroni food and service. Without pause, I always ask the waiter for their recommendation and go with it. I have yet to be steered wrong (helps I am not a picky eater). The waiter always has multiple suggestions, as they did this evening, and are knowledgeable on each item. More of the same is to be said about their wine recommendations. I can’t promote Terroni enough, and now that I am aware of the several locations, I thoroughly look forward to experiencing each of the locations in the near future!

Really tacky to see our waiter scoff with their colleague ay the 10% tip they received, when they were not attentive at their job.

The food was delicious as always. Kayla took great care of us and was very attentive. We also had a really good recommendation for thr bottle of wine we had. All in all great dinner out.

Service at this location was great Issy and Cesare were both attentive and took great care of us. The food and drinks came out quickly and were delicious. Dessert was wonderful and so were the after dinner lattes.
