Texas Roadhouse in Cheyenne offers everything one would think of when heading to a Texas-style steakhouse. Nothing beats the hand-cut steaks offered, but the menu is diverse enough to suit anyone's particularly craving at the time. The combo appetizer is a great way to get started - it comes with boneless Buffalo wings, tater skins and rattlesnake bites (no, they aren't snake really, but they do have a bite!). Any of these can be swapped for fried pickles, if desired.Getting back to the steaks at Texas Roadhouse, all the cuts are well represented, including ribeye, filet, sirloin, New York strip, porterhouse t-bone and even kabobs. One item, the "road kill," will get one wondering because of the name, but this chop steak smothered in onions, mushrooms and jack cheese is so good there won't be anything left for the buzzards. Texas Roadhouse is easily a great hangout!
