It all began on February 17, 1993, when Kent Taylor opened the first Texas Roadhouse in Clarksville, Indiana. Kent's goal was to own not just a family restaurant and not just a steak restaurant, but a place where everyone, of all ages, could come and have a great meal and great fun for a great price.

We like to brag about our Hand-Cut Steaks, Fall-Off-The-Bone Ribs, Made-From-Scratch Sides, and Fresh-Baked Bread. Everything we do goes into making our hearty meals stand out. We handcraft almost everything we serve. We provide larger portions so you get more food for your dollar. And if you want an Ice Cold Beer or Legendary Margarita to wash it all down — well, we have those, too.

At Texas Roadhouse our team has an incredible sense of pride in everything we do. Our passion ensures you have a Legendary Experience every time. Our reserved table was placed between the entrance-exit area which made it awkward for us since it's where all people go in and out. We had to consider people passing by epecially waiters attending to customers. Overall, the experience was still great, we were accomodated properly despite the number of customers inside. Food was great as well, from the complementary bread to the main meat courses. Waiters and crew are thoughtful to serve most during our stay inside.

Ordered Ribeye steak with Shrimp, Full slab baby back ribs, among others. Both served not even warm. Had to complain to the GM, after which both were heated. Not recommending at all.

Most of the food we ordered was cold when it arrived. The order took a long time to come, but it was already cold when it finally did.

The restaurant felt too undermanned. Our little requests are ignored until I called attention to one server that our requests are not being served - ie Request for peanut, refill of iced tea, request for steak sauce and extra plate, etc. Not a pleasant dining experience considering i brought along my family.

This review is specifically for Estancia branch. We’ve been to other branches and did not have any issues at all. -Unattentive servers even though they are not full house -Supervisor does not know the complete mechanics of their promo, not accommodating as well. -Food quality here is not okay. We ordered Ribeye steak with medium rare doneness but it is till not that tender and has tendons. Baby back ribs were very dry. Roasted chicken was dry and not well seasoned. Frozen margaritas were too sweet. Sayang yung pera :(
