The location is great but it is so busy that the wait is extremely long. We had to wait for almost a hour to get seated. There was plenty of booths opened but none where cleaned off. The hostess finally helped out and started to clear a table because my guest was complaining. When we got seated the waiter came to take out order right away. We placed our drinks and our meal. 15 mins later we got our drinks but the waiter said our food will come out as soon as it was ready and that the kitchen is behind. After a 1 hour wait we asked the waiter what was going on. They said they were an hour behind in the kitchen. Had I known they were going to be that behind, I would of left. We were about to leave when the waiter came back saying they ran out of rice and has to substitute one of our order for something else. We asked if the meal was ready. He said yes but they just needed to add the substitute. So since both my guest at the table ordered the rice. One agreed to take some vegetables. Then the plates came out both the orders here wrong for the two plates that had rice. I got my pasta, but my 4th guest didn’t get her order. They had to go back into the kitchen and make hers. It took another 10 minute before she got her meal. I did complain, but it seemed like they were used to it. I figure waiting for a manager may take another hour so we left a not on the bill. I still tipped my waiter but I would have to say this is the worst experience I have had at this location. The last time I was there it was slow also but nothing like this. I would not recommend this Location.

Even though I received a confirmed reservation, when I arrived I was told that TGI FRIDAYS no longer uses Open Table. So we had to wait, which normally wouldn’t be a problem except we had theater tickets and had to rush though our dinner to make it in time. Additionally it took 15 minutes from the time we were seated before we were greeted by our server. The food was fine, what you’d expect, and the server was friendly.

I chose 2 stars and it's listed as "fair". It should be "not good". I've tried TGI Fridays in two locations on several occasions primarily out of obligation. Never enjoy the food. Had a cobb salad and it was awful. Seriously, how hard is it to make a decent salad. The service was terrible. I had to flag down the waiter to take our order, to get our tab, etc. The noise level was fine until things started to pick up. There was a child screaming so loud I couldn't wait to get out of there. Had zero alcohol and two salads w/ grilled chicken for $31 plus tip. Won't be back.

Birthday/Christmas with family. Reservation made the day before on Open Table. We were told the internet had been down for 24 hours and they couldn’t honor it. We were seated anyway all together but noticed they were getting orders for takeout. So, internet wasn’t down. Food took an hour and was cold.

BEWARE!! This particular location does not honor Open Table reservations on weekends. So when I arrived at my reservation time, I was told it meant nothing and I had to join the 45 minute wait crowd. Won’t be back.

Was actually told that they dont reserve any table at all on a Friday because it gets super busy, so dont reserve and just go in. Was fortunately to get there with a table available on a Friday night. I have been going there for years, but unfortunately the food has gone down in taste (probably due to who ever has cooked there isn't there anymore) and the waitress we had was terrible. She couldn't keep up with what we were ordering (slow and had very long nails). I ordered an appetizer and unfortunately she didnt not hear me, or repeat our order back to us before she left like how they (or other places) usually do it. She brought out the wrong drink for one of us and STILL accidentally charge us for that drink. Another person who brought out our food had to go and grab the drink after she never came back, which I didnt mind since she had a few other tables and was kind of slow. Also at the end, she made it feel like someone else was going to grab our check and made us wait there clueless until she came back and asked if someone else helped us do that yet...which from experience was usually our waitress/waiter who had to do it. Overall, there was nothing wrong with her personality, but she seems really untrained and made many mistakes.

We sat in the bar area and ordered the Big Rib special. Brie was our waitress and was so attentive and pleasant! Had not had this good of service in the bar area in a while. We'll be back soon!

It took almost an hour to get our food and most of the food was cold. One of my friends got the wrong meal and had to wait an extra half an hour after everyone else got their meal to eat, and there was no discount given to her for the inconvenience. The service was very slow and the food was mediocre at best.
