the 1867 Breakfast Experience

You can choose from the usual hearty breakfast classics, plus a few unusual breakfast twists for this time of the morning – the Breakfast Stack, for example, is just divine and enough to delight your tummy. All of our breakfast ingredients are freshly sourced as locally as possible – the sausages and bacon, in particular, are cured specifically for the 1867 guests. Complete your Breakfast Experience with our renowned COFFEE and large variety of specialist teas. Breakfast is strictly served between 9.30-11.30am.
