Our commitment to sustainability runs deep. In our zero-waste kitchen and bar, every part of the ingredient shines—from the skins and stems to pits and peels—transformed into inventive dishes and drinks. We’re proud of our close relationships with local organic farmers, foragers, winemakers, and distillers, ensuring that 99% of what you enjoy on the plate (and sometimes the plate itself!) is grown, harvested, or crafted right here in BC and Western Canada.     Outstanding service and excellently paced tasting menu. Every dish brought delightful flavor and surprise with seemingly familiar ingredients. From tne palate cleanser broth to dessert, and so many plates in between. Very nice pairing too. We had a wonderful time. Emily Alex Louis and esp Max all made it a v memorable evening. Hats off to Chef Kate.

    We love the experience of chef taster menu. All family has to go along my vegan diet. They loved it. The service is beautiful with food description. It is like a little dance in the kitchen. The food is sooo tasty and inspiring. We kicked off the holidays by having this delicious dinner together a few days before Christmas. We did last year and we were delighted to be able to do it again this year. Thank you once again to the wonderful Acorn team.

    This was a delightful experience for an anniversary dinner. The food was amazing, the service was excellent, the lighting was perfect, and the noise level was not too loud to hear each other despite being a busy night. We loved it and will be coming back!

    12/10 stars if we could! Absolutely loved the entire tasting menu experience. Each dish + pallet opener/cleanser was delectable. That they’re a ‘no waste’ restaurant evidently boosts their creativity and is so inspiring. Absolute gem - with full confidence to endorse the vegetarian menu to exceed expectations and satisfy anyone! Cannot wait to return. From start to finish, loved it!

    Service was bang on at every step, everything was fantastic and even when we didn’t finish one dish because people weren’t a fan of radicchio an amazing sub was brought without asking. Drinks were great and all the other dishes were amazing in presentation and flavour!
