   Dinning at the Americano is always special. Last night was no exception. Fantastic appetizers and a truly awesome pasta Wagyu bolognese. Add in fantastic service- it was a perfect evening at a restaurant.

   Second time at the restaurant in a week and this one was in the main dining room. We were seated promptly but had a delay in getting any service. The young Woman from the front desk confirmed our allergies and even brought me an iced tea without request. After That it was long intervals. Placed our order and got our focaccia. Bread was fine. Little attention to things like refills of beverages. Took what felt like forever to get our entrees only to find out that our server forgot to place the order for our side dish. By the time anyone checked on us, we were nearing completion of entrees only to have the side dish ordered at that time. Who doesn’t like a dessert of Mac and cheese? I have to be honest and say I love the menu but there seemed to be a severe shortage of servers and nobody playing free safety to check on tables and needs. May need as break for a short time since I tend to want to enjoy fine dining and this visit missed the boat.

   Outstanding in every way. The place is vibrant, fun and beautiful. Service is top notch. And the food was delicious. The shrimp cocktail may be expensive, but they give you 6 of the largest, freshest shrimp you’ll ever have.

   First time going and I will say food was fantastic we sat in the bar in a large booth would recommend over the dinning room. Bathrooms were very clean ( I’m adding that because it’s important) we had steak cooked perfectly shrimp oysters all very fresh. I am sure will partake again a little to noise for my preference but if have not tried give a go.

   From the moment we walked into Americano, the service was absolutely second to none. We arrived a bit early and decided to visit the bar, where Tariq crafted the most incredible cocktails. He was not only kind and attentive but also took the time to create a dealer's choice drink for my mom — making sure it was just perfect. His attention to detail and warm personality really set the tone for the evening. Once seated, our server Shawn elevated the experience even further. He was funny, personable, and an absolute delight. Instead of ordering traditional entrees, we followed Shawn’s suggestion to go family-style with a mix of appetizers and entrees to share — and it was the best decision! Every dish was spot on, with the smoked oysters being a standout. What really stood out was how each staff member allowed their unique personality to shine through while still delivering a seamless, elevated experience. Tariq’s creativity and warmth, Shawn’s humor and charm, and the professionalism of the hostess each added something special — perfectly different and amazing in their own way. From the hostess to Tariq at the bar and Shawn at the table, the service was flawless. The food was excellent, and the staff’s recommendations were perfect. Americano delivered a top-tier dining experience — we can't wait to come back!

    Excellent service from August. Really enjoyable meal. A smaller steak option for our smaller eaters would have been great
