Seasonal & Natural, the focus at The Apron is on high-quality ingredients, hand selected for their emphasis on provenance and sustainability. Jet fresh premium oysters have been chosen from across the globe, from regions and farms famed for the high standard of their seafood; shucked to order and served with a selection of delicious house-made sauces.
All of our beef is dry-aged in-house, and grilled to perfection over beech wood flames. The Chef has only sourced produce from the very best farms around the world; those committed to the quality and care of their farm to fork operation, such as Coastal Rye Grass Fed Angus from Wakanui, New Zealand as well as award winning Kobe Wagyu from Darling Downs, Australia.
From the a la carte, there is stunning Atlantic salmon, Iberico Acorn fed Pork, French Salt Marsh Chicken, as well as a whole array of salads, sandwiches, soups and sides.
