   Reservation for Wed night and didn’t have a table for us. My seared ahi was quite flavorless. Overall did not live up to previous experiences there.

   Our hostess was Mikaela, who we confirmed the reservation with. The manager on duty that evening was Matthew & who is absolutely wonderful! Our waitress was Pam, and we loved and thought she deserves an A+ for her knowledge and her service. Our meals, appetizers and cocktails were all absolutely delicious. The one item that we all agreed on that could use an slight adjustment, are the rolls. They could’ve been warmer and just a pinch softer.    This restaurant is a true GEM in Pasadena. The meals are prepared with care. From the chef owner, kitchen staff, wait staff. I can recommend this restaurant to anyone enjoys a true dining experience. A huge shout out to Patrick!

    The quality of the food (heavy, unbalanced and overloaded with cream/butter, slimy sauces, overcooked potatoes, lacking texture, brightness or variety for dietary restrictions, and generally very very bland) does not justify the price (even for Valentine's Day) and brings what would be a beautiful experience down to a wish that we had just gone to a diner instead. The people working there are wonderful and kind and attentive. The general vibe of the restaurant very nice. But the food was Not Good. :(
