The Argonne House is a full service family restaurant, where you can walk in a stranger and leave as friends.

    We are newer to the area, heard a lot of great things about the Resturant and decided to try it. The steamed shrimp were great, but my wife was very disappointed with the deep fried shrimp as it was pieces of shrimp, not whole shrimp and there weren’t many provided for the price. Service was okay, it appeared the bar crowd was the priority and the restaurant was not even half full.

    We were sat at the middle table by the door. Every time the door was open the cold wind would go right to us. Also, we had to ask to get our water filled. A pet peeve for me!

    I have eaten the Fried White Fish at the Argonne for many years. I was disappointed when the new owners didn't have on the menu. I was s thrilled to have it tonight but my only negative is to not use panko. I ate it the fish was yummy just too much breading with Panko. Hats off to you guys fro bringing it back!

    If you like shrimp this is the place to go but better to get a reservation if you want to be sure there is a table available.

    Food is always good here. Nice- sized portions, fish and shrimp and side veggies always fresh and flavorful, warm bread, good cocktails. Location makes for a pretty drive. But the noise level, noted by many, is the disappointing flaw on every occasion. Need some dinner music to calm. Also, chilly if seated near entrance...bring a sweater gals!

    The Argonne House exceeded our expectations. Elegant decor with casual dress. Relaxed dinner never felt rushed. Our waitress was amazing! She made food recommendations, and she knew all of the items on the menu. We will definitely be making The Argonne House a regular spot when we come to visit. You will not be disappointed if you stop by.

    The Argonne is always a reliable option for good food and good service. We had fun like usual and Kelsey was a great server.

    Always great, prompt, courteous service. Food is consistent and at a good price point. Shrimp and coleslaw are favorites.
