We have valet and self-parking available. Valet parking is $15 in front of the hotel, self-parking is $8 right near Tayzan restaurant. We are on a narrow street, directly on the beach, making parking at peak hours a little problematic. Service was terrible. We planned to do a birthday celebration there today and we canceled. Not spending money in that place. The location and view are the only positive

Lovely location with an open air design. The couches overlooking the ocean looked lovely, though we had a high top overlooking the beach. The food was good, though for the price you want great. The salmon needed more sauce and the asparagus was lukewarm. My wife’s poke bowl was very good. The drinks were average at best. The service was pretty poor, even by PR standards. 30 minutes to get our drinks. Another 30 minutes afterward to get our check. We’re used to dining out in San Juan and know that customer service speeds are slower, but the waitress here was just bad at her job or having a bad night. Al in all, I probably wouldn’t return. There are lots of places with good views with equal or better service and similar price points.

We had ceviche and guacamole for apps, and they were fantastic. The salmon entree was amazing, but the duck was tough and overdone, and the poke bowl was so-so. Great vibe and service! Would come again and stick to apps and drinks.

We made the reservation numerous days in advance and noted that it was our anniversary, yet when we arrived, we were further back from the water, even after asking the miserable hostess if we could move closer, which we were told no. When we asked our waiter if we could move, he was kind enough to work on it. After our waiter discussed with the hostess, she came over to again rudely tell us that it was very difficult to eat on the sofa, which is where we were moved to to be closer to the water. We waited over 30 minutes for a drink, which the waiter noted twice that he needed to get. When I finally asked the last time, he didn’t realize that I hadn’t received my drink. After almost an hour at the restaurant, we asked for the check, which was $26 for taste less beef empanadas and a bottle of water. They tried to blame the poor service on the holiday the day before, but after reading the reviews, it seems that it’s something that occurs frequently. We would NOT recommend this place at all. Beautiful views, but terrible service and mediocre food. Never wrote a review. But this was for a special occasion and got ruined. Hopefully, the service gets better.

Service was way below the standards you could expect for a similar place. Almost 2hrs waiting for the food which arrived cold.

We enjoyed the food that we ordered (beet salad, Korean wings, calamari, filet mignon salmon bowl). However, it was frustrating that the restaurant ran out of several key dishes. We were looking forward to ordering these dishes and chose the restaurant because of them. Also, the steak frites was over cooked and very chewy.

This was a disappointment. The food was mixed. My filet mignon was delicious. The steak empanadas were mediocre at best. Butternut squash soup was bad, and came out cold. Service was very slow. Took an hour to get our appetizers, whole meal took over 2 hours. The staff were very kind and accommodating, but everything took way too long. I don’t recommend this restaurant. Not a good way to start our vacation:-(

Great fun beach bar/restaurant. We took a respite from the beach form a snack (calamari) and some cocktails! Friendly service. Good food! Great atmosphere

We ordered the Wagyu burger, which was perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor, we also ordered the poke bowl, which was fresh, vibrant, and absolutely delicious. Both dishes met our expectations. The service was exceptional—the staff was attentive, friendly, and made us feel very welcome. As for pricing, it was more than reasonable considering the quality of the food and service. The only downside was the condition of the bathrooms. They were unclean, with water and sand on the floor, and the toilet paper roll was wet laying on the floor, which took away from an otherwise excellent dining experience. I hope the management addresses this issue soon because it’s the one thing that would hold me back from giving a perfect review.
