The Bank is Bude’s resident cornish tapas bar set alongside the tranquil surroundings of the River Neet in North Cornwall.

We pride ourselves on our relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, providing the perfect accompaniment to food made for interaction and sharing. The atmosphere is often described as electric and welcoming to all who dine with us. Disappointing visit. Left to wait outside in the cold when arrived. Some of the food was poor quality, especially the sea bass. Service is friendly, but slow. We weren't offered a second drink.

Many thanks for your recent visit and taking the time to leave your feedback. We are sorry there was a couple of minutes delay at 7pm to get you seated whilst our team were all unloading trays of drinks/food at tables, they were with you as quickly as possible. We are very sorry to hear you did not enjoy your tapas dishes and would have been more than happy to get you fresh dishes or alternatives to try. One of our serving team is brand new this week and has missed a couple of service touches there such as the second drink and spotting not 100% happy it seems, thank you for bringing to our attention so we can focus his training journey and help him with his customer focused goals. If you do have any further feedback, we'd be happy to listen so please do get in touch. Huge thanks again!

Quirky restaurant with a lovely ambiance, great service from friendly staff. Good choice of tapas and wine, draught beer also available. Some tapas a bit pricey but overall good dining experience.

The Bank is always a good bet for a great meal. We’ve been visiting the Bank for many years now and both food and service are always top notch. Highly recommend to those who like Spanish styled tapas dishes in a delightful setting. Thanks again The Bank Team!

Fab food, fab service and a great setting in the outside pods. Even heated for us before we arrived.

First class from the moment we were shown our table until we left to go home . Food fantastic, staff really attentive as it was our first time at the Bank but will not be the last

Fantastic first meal at The Bank. Never had tapas before and was a perfect place to try it. The food was excellent as was the service. Have recommended it already and we certainly will be back.
