    (This experience is currently only available on March 6, 2025) This is a unique, hands-on cooking class where you will learn how to make one of our most popular dishes, Big Martha's Pierogies! In this class you will be grouped with a maximum of ten people and will be receiving a Bedford embroidered apron to get the class started! You will be working with our Executive Chef, Vincenzo, while learning the step-by-step process of our famous Pierogies. On top of learning a cherished recipe of Martha Stewart, you and a guest of your choice, will have a VIP 4:00pm dinner reservation inside of our Brown Room. Included with your dinner, are two complimentary glasses of Champagne with our classic Caviar service. We can't wait to have you come learn and dine with us!

                                                      Was pretty excited to experience the Bedfordams unfortunately it was such a disappointment When we arrived we aired a long time for service then ordered a Bottle Prosecco. After a long while was Told unavailable ordered a champagne. Again after awhile nothing available by bottle ??! We ordered cocktails and had to ask for him to go pick them up ( saw them sitting) after another wait. Service was terrible. Was told “ I only work here and only a Couple days a Week”) Food was really good and great portions. Sat in wintertime setting dining room .. just ok. Dark. Main dining room just ok too. Won’t go back.

                                                      It was our first time there and most likely, it is going to be our last time. The food is average, the service is extremely unfriendly and borderline rude, and the ambiance is well below average.

                                                      The Bedford is one of our favorite places to dine in Las Vegas. Last night we had a slightly subpar experience. We were sat in the area facing the interior of the casino, which took away from the ambience. And when our Caesar salads arrived, they were quite gritty because the lettuce had not been washed properly. The rest of the meal was very good and the cocktails were delicious and very generous. Overall this trip was worth 4 stars but I’m confident we just caught them on an off night.

                                                      Benjamin was so nice and engaging! I feel like they need to work a little bit more on their brunch menu.. the food was OK to be honest. I did like dinner at this location more. I would go back but just not for brunch.  Benjamin made this experience really wonderful!
