    1階エントランスに案内係の人がいるのが、安心でよかったです。 お店の人はみんなフレンドリーでとても感じが良く、料理も最高でした！バイソンを食べることができて感激です。シーザーサラダもユニークでした。 日本から予約を入れた甲斐がありました。

    Food took over an hour to arrive with no apology. When it did arrive, the crispy rice was too hard to eat. They offered to bring a different serving of rice, which finally came after I had finished the rest of the meal. As a compensation, they took 30% off...I guess because I didn't eat 30% of my meal. My companions enjoyed their meals, but did not understand the long wait. Our friends who had a reservation at the same time were served & done eating before our food arrived. Again, no explanation or apology for the long wait.

    A great experience from our welcome at the front door, through our table experience to our thoroughly satisfied departure. The Christmas special menu was fantastic, and recommended beverages to go with the meal spot on. Waitstaff were very attentive. And watching the kitchen in action was mesmerising, with all staff working so well together on such a busy night. Happy staff certainly made for happy tummies for our party of four!
