The Boardwalk was born in 2021 as part of the Springlake Shopping Centre.
Our aim is to create your go-to Italian Restaurant and Pizzeria in the western suburbs of Melbourne. We passionately embrace the philosophy that good food is the link that brings family and friends together.

We offer authentic Italian pasta and pizza, but also seafood and meat mains, delicious cocktails and desserts.
The Boardwalk is your new location for your next function, with its beautiful lakefront dining experience, that you can't find anywhere.

    It’s definitely one of the better restaurants in the area, if your looking for a restaurant that’s close to home but makes you feel like your eating at a high class place I would definitely recommend. The portions are reasonable but has so much flavour. The staff were great and made us feel welcome. Would go again

    Great Food, Fantastic Mezcal, Gorgeous Waitresses & a Beautiful Outlook on the Lake. And all of this at a reasonable price.

    Food was amazing!! Entree Arancini, Main was the Angus beef with a side of the Rocket, Parmesan & Walnut Salad Food very fresh and well presented. Angus meat was so tender !!! Staff very pleasant & helpful I highly recommend the Boardwalk Pizzeria 🙂

    First time at The Boardwalk and we were extremely impressed! The food is excellent, everything we ordered was spot on (Garlic and Cheese Foccacia, Gnocchi, Seafood Platter) and the Tiramisu looked and tasted amazing! Great, friendly service. 100% recommend!!

    Staff were verily friendly and the food was good. However it looked very understaffed which meant my table service was quite slow and took a while to get a hold of the waiter

    Our first time here, highly recommended by friends & it did not disappoint. The food was delicious. From our entré to the mains & dessert. I only have one suggestion with regards to their Italian style psv for dessert. Way too much meringue for the berry compote, ice-cream & cream portion. Needs more of everything as there is a lot of meringue & you end up eating it on its own as you've run out of the other ingredients. Please be generous. The music was too loud!! We were a table of 4 & we were needing to have to raise our voices to hear each other. We love the fact that there was EVO at each table to add to your food & the parmesan cheese brought to the table was generous too. Thank you Your waitress Melissa has a lovely manner.

    Seafood platter is awesome, if you’re looking for a no carb option this is for you. Great range of beautiful seafood. My 4 year old absolutely loves the margarita pizza.

    The food was amazing. I probably should’ve booked a later sitting. But in the end the staff were hospitable and we had a lovely time on the balcony with heaters on to finish off the night. Thank you. I’ll definitely come and eat here again.
