   Delicious food, excellent service, and moderate prices. A win win all the way around. Beautiful view of St James River with great outside seating.

   The experience was delightful from beginning to end. Hostesses were gracious, and our server attentive and congenial. The food was delicious! The setting out of doors was phenomenal. The only category that I gave fewer stars for was "value." The bill was a bit steep for the portions offered.

   Our team chose The Boat House for a business lunch. Surroundings were excellent. Wish the table would have had more room for our party of five. The service and food were amazing. We will be back for more lunches!

   I enjoyed our meal. Service was good. The restaurant was clean, the wait wasn’t too long. I have no complaints.

   There is little worse than when you go back to a restaurant with such high hopes as your virgin visit. Appetizers are killer. Shrimp is the bomb. Oysters were spot on. Stitch coming… A Gordon Ramsey wannabe, screaming out orders on a pitch that only a dog would howl in the kitchen. I it’s a chain for Pete sake. Killed the whole evening. Enough said.     The drinks from the bar were perfectly mixed. I had the lobster tails and my wife had the chicken sandwich, both were incredible. It was my wife’s birthday, so she got a complementary dessert and I ordered the crème brûlée. The crème brûlée was absolutely perfect.
