   We arrived early, 30 minutes early for our reservation. Traffic in season can be unpredictable. They were able to accommodate us. We had a lovely late lunch. All of the food was very good. The waitress was attentive but not intrusive. The view is spectacular. We will be back.

   Overall experience was wonderful. We will definitely come back Only issue was we requested outside seating for our 8:00 reservation. At 8:20 They said they had an inside table available, so we took it because we’d have to wait another 15-20 minutes for outside

   my wife and I went mid afternoon and we had a combination of lunch and dinner. We sat outside and had a beautiful view of the water and the big boats that were docked and had the most fabulous swordfish, fresh and juicy like we’ve never had before. It was an extraordinary meal wonderful service five stars plus

   Calamari was good, conch fritters were good but the portions of the appetizers were slightly in the small side. Scallop pasta was very good

   Appetizer (seared yellowfin) was delicious. Corn and crab chowder was very good but was on the cool side when served. Grouper was very good.

   Very high volume of customers, not enough quality control in the kitchen.

    The boat house was great. Food was outstanding and service was awesome. Noise was a bit on the loud side and with the wide table for just two of us was hard to hear and talk. Overall, was a great experience
