The Aviator Brasserie is an elegant and stylish restaurant with fabulous food and attentive service. A five star dining experience for a high end provincial price. I don't mind paying a bit more when the quality is provided. The meat was of excellent quality and cooked to perfection. Dressings and vegetables were really tasty and beautifully presented. My special requests made at the time of booking were met in full and the chef made absolutely sure that the meal met my diary requirements. Everything was spotless and all the staff - concierge, hostess, waiters and bar tenders - were charming and professional. Behind the scenes, the cooks were provided gorgeous cuisine. Well worth a visit.

We took my mum here for dinner, on her birthday. We had a delightful meal, wonderful food and great service. The location is great to see all the private jets of the busy Farnborough airport.

Am impromptu dinner with my parents on a Thursday night. The welcome was warm. The service was attentive but unobtrusive. A young waiter was being trained, and the lady training him was doing an excellent job. The food was imaginative, beautifully presented and most importantly- delicious. Whilst we were not having a special occasion dinner, the food and ambiance is perfect for one. I’ll definitely go back.

Great experience! The food and service was outstanding. The place is quite cosy warm and allows you to have a quiet business conversation.

Nice restaurant , didn't like the service charge being added to bill . The service was good so I would have tipped anyway , but I like that to be my decision.
