Have you ever tried 72 day dry aged beef? Well at The Burger Bros this is the standard! Our locally sourced certified beef comes from Sunnyside farm near Ashford and is matured over 3 times longer than typical beef for the single and sole purpose of providing an unparalleled flavour to our burgers and steaks.
Everything at The Burger Bros is made from scratch and in-house becasue we want your burger experience to be a gourmet experience.
As well offering as varied burger menu to suit most palates we also have fried chicken and some great vegetarian/vegan options.
Voted as the top place to eat a burger in the UK by Buzzfeed in 2014, we continue to create an amazing array of tasty burgers made with the best of Kent produce.
Local, aged, hand-pressed beef patties cooked to 75 degrees to medium-well, may show some pink in the middle. Choose what size you'd like! For slider options we recommend two or three. Gluten free buns available for 4 or 6oz. Our Beef: We are all about local produce. Our beef is exclusive to us and comes from a smallholding near Canterbury. We utilise one animal at a time, so no cross contamination. They are grass fed, humanely slaughtered and aged for 28 days. Our Buns: Our demi-brioche buns are made exclusively for us based on our recipe by a family baker in Canterbury. Scratch Made: Most of our produce, dressings, marinades and sauces are all made in-house. All food is cooked fresh to order
