Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. For our last night out before welcoming our baby, The Capital Grille was the perfect choice. Our server was outstanding—attentive, personable, and made the evening feel special, especially for my pregnant wife. The steak was cooked perfectly, and the sides were delicious. More than just a great meal, the exceptional service made it a truly memorable celebration.

The best dinner ever! The food was delicious but what really set this dinner apart was the service. The manager of this Capital Grill is fabulous and everyone that works there is too. Amazing food and dining experience. Highly recommend and can't wait to go back!

My friend and I had an absolutely fantastic experience at The Capital Grille in Dedham! From the moment we walked in, everything was top-notch—the ambiance, the elegant Beantown-inspired decor, the professionalism of the staff, and of course, the incredible food. A special shoutout to our waiter, Adrian, who was truly A-1! He was personable, knowledgeable, and made our dining experience even more enjoyable. I told him I’d be recommending all my friends and family to ask for him because he was simply amazing. For my friend, this was her first time experiencing The Capital Grille, and for me, my first time at this location. She was so impressed that she’s already planning to bring her husband back! This was the perfect way to wrap up restaurant week and a busy workweek. Thank you, Capital Grille Dedham team—you all are fabulous!

Visited during restaurant week. Marcelo was our waiter and provided exemplary service. Food quality was top notch. Portions were generous. Ambience was excellent..Will be back!!

What a great experience for Dine Out Boston. Everything was delicious, from salad to dessert. Can't remember when I last had a steak that good. Excellent service from Heather and Olivia was a lovely hostess.

When we have a special occasion to celebrate, Capital Grille is our go to. We love the Dedham location especially. The dining room is large but very comfortable. We love the special touches when they know you have a special occasion. The staff is charming and efficient. Can’t wait to go back.
