Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Service was quick at the start , but our server disappeared for over half an hour. Once we ordered dinner, I had to find a manger (Robert - who did his best) to see if our order was even submitted. Very frustrating. We also ordered two bottles of wine on the list (iPad) and niether were in stock. Overall, a very frustrating evening. Soup (employee) was a bright spot.

    The service and food was great other than my steak was over cooked. Really charred on the outside, made it really dry with no flavor. Had to ask for steak sauce which I never like doing in a fancy restaurant. Didn’t complain but at 57.00 you expect it to be melt in your mouth good.

    Food was very good but not a super efficient lunch, expected it to be about an hour or so but was just over 2 hours. Just a bit to slow for lunch even if your planing to take an extended lunch.
