Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Wonderful dinner with my family. Michael our server was amazing and the fooooodddd, amazing! The managers Melody and Taylor made the experience delightful! We chose to have the Kona crust and shallot butter on the bone in ribeye! Delish!! And the dessert platter OMG! Can’t wait to go back!

    Brandi and staff made it a wonderful 80th Birthday Celebration. Complimentary Confetti on table, personal Birthday note, dessert sample with birthday plate and champagne toast. Perfect Birthday Lunch Celebration.

    Nick, our server was excellent. Melody and Stuart the managers were there to ensure all had a wonderful evening. The cuisine was delicious. Tuna tartar a little on the spicy side with a nice flavor profile. Shrimp and lollipop lamb chops were fantastic. We had two steaks and three fish entries for the table to share, all wonderful. The desserts were great as well. Well done Capital Grill!!
