Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Delicious as always. First time trying their spicy calamari appetizer, interesting take and everyone really liked it! Will return next time in salt lake.

    Jeana was so attentive! I spilled my coke as I got up to welcome my wife. Jeana had the table cloth replaced so quickly for our special occasion. Then even refreshed it with a rose and fun sparkles! The Capital Grill team has always exceeded my expectations!

    We’ve eaten in this restaurant many many times this was the best night they ever had. The food was delicious. Our little anniversary treats were amazing. And Ian was a great waiter thanks Capital Grille

    I really enjoyed our early Valentine’s Day dinner here. They set a rose for you at the table when they sit you down. The food was good but not amazing. I had the NY strip steak and it tasted bland. However the oysters, bread basket, and truffle fries were amazing. My partner ordered the tenderloins with lobster tails. The tails were small but overall tasted great. The service was amazing and everyone was very friendly. Overall, we had a great experience.
