Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     We celebrated a birthday yesterday and had a wonderful meal. Everything was delicious! We aren’t big on seafood so for an app we went with prosciutto wrapped mozzarella which was so good! For our entrees we went with the filet mignon with asparagus and mashed potatoes and it was perfect. We were taken care of by Michael, who was so friendly and maintained a wonderful pace for our meal. We’ll definitely be back again!

    Overall everything was good. Waiter was very personable. I felt that everything was rushed. Entrees were arriving before appetizers or salads were finished. Salad plates were not cleared so dishes were stacking up. Start to finish our entire meal was less than one hour. Not what I would have liked for a restaurant of this caliber/cost.

    Food and service were great as expected. I do, however, believe that certain items on the menu are overpriced for what they are. Nonetheless, if it’s a special occasion - treat yourself

    I have to say, what a great Valentines' Day Lunch! Everyone was very accomodating and very pleasant. The cocktains, soup and entree were outstanding! Our Server Luis was excellent and made our lunch experience a 5 Star! I will return.

    I recently had a business lunch with important clients at Capital Grille. Our server, Nicole, was outstanding—attentive, personable, and highly skilled. She anticipated our needs and accommodated all our requests seamlessly. Make sure to ask for her when making a reservation. While the service was exceptional, the food fell a bit short of expectations. The mashed potatoes were overly lemony, and the bread was served at room temperature rather than fresh from the oven. These issues might seem small and acceptable at a regular restaurant, but not at an establishment like Capital Grille, where I expect a more elevated dining experience. Hope things improve, as I may give CG one more try in the future.
