Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. We came in for a late lunch and ordered the usual food. This time we had Alex as our waiter. Excellent service: he was gracious, engaging and accommodated all our special requests (food and cocktails). We will come back soon if we can have Alex as our waiter!! 😊

I’ve eaten at the majority of the fine steakhouses in Southlake and Grapevine and this was by far my favorite. The service was excellent and the noise level was significantly less than other steak houses.

We loved it! Nice menu and excellent drinks. Service was just right and we felt very valued by the staff. Definitely will be back

Great place. Staff is exceptional at all points and all positions. The steak is prepared perfectly and is one of the best I've had. Great food. Atmosphere is perfect for a nice evening.
