The Cavalier（ザ・キャバリア）は、ホテルゼッタに隣接する終日営業のロンドン風ブラッスリーです。 Marlowe（マーロウ）やPark Tavern（パーク・タヴァーン）を手がけたレストラン経営者Anna Weinberg、James Nicholas、Executive Chef Jennifer Puccioによる3軒目のホテルです。 受賞歴のあるサンフランシスコのデザイナーKen Fulkが深みのある革張りのバンケットや、洗練された真鍮、亜鉛、白の大理石で内装を改装し、華やかで落ち着いた雰囲気を演出しています。

    メインディッシュの付け合わせが、メインディッシュを食べ終わってから何食わぬ顔でサーブされた。あれっと思い他のテーブルを見るとメインと同じタイミングでサーブされていた。 マネージャー(会計の)

    I enjoyed our dinner. My wife had the salmon and I had the pork chop. The Cavalier salad was also very good. Wines by the glass were average.

    The food was amazing and the service was exceptional. It was our daughter’s birthday and our server was delightful and attentive. While we were ordering dessert, I wanted to ask our server if I could hand him candles so our daughter could make a wish but he had already arranged everything before I even asked. If that is not top-notch service, I don’t know what is!

    Thanksgiving dinner, food very good just not adequate proportions for the price, service was very poor, not adequately staffed for the occasion

    The dinner was very good. The dessert, however, seemed like it was bought at a grocery store, both the slice of apple pie and the ice cream. They were subpar in comparison to the rest of the meal. This was Thanksgiving lunch and it also ended up being quite pricey. We were rushed through the meal even though the place was not full. I wouldn’t do this again, not worth it. I like the Cavalier for a regular meal.

    Enjoyable Thanksgiving lunch. Food options varied and quality was top notch. Cocktails and wine pairing was perfect. Brian was an attentive host and wait staff in sync. A definite gem.
