    The food was great. We had the crab claws. Delicious. The spinach artichoke dip is your traditional. Very good. Shared the Caesar salad with blackened chicken. And papayas as a side. DeAnna was very friendly and professional, she gave us great recommendations. The chocolate chip cookies were cute. Cut out in teddy bear shapes.

    Pretty pricey with a small menu but strange food pairings. Seemed really disjointed in its offerings.

    Server Charlotte did not notify me that happy hour smash burger does not come with the fries. Who would expect not having a fry with the burger? And notified my friend that wagyu grizzy is a hot dog to my friend. Also, try to take my plate away even my pickle was not done. However, even customer not keep using utensils- that does not mean you take it away without asking. And she took fries away without asking too. Not even refill my friend’s soft drink till it showed the bottom of the glasses. The place was really cute and pretty, planned to come back when I walked into the restaurant but Charlotte ruined my dinner time. I saw your restaurant in instagram and so excited to visit. I did not appreciate her job and because of her unprofessional attitude and the service- my first impression changed. felt like wasted $10 there.

    Everything was absolutely amazing!!! The vibe great, the staff were very attentive, music was 10/10 and the food was GREAT! I will definitely be back.

    We went to our first and last Sunday brunch at The Charlotte. The food was just so so, crab cake that tasted premade and deep fried. We had a group of 4 and everyone received their food at different time; spread over 15 minutes. The restaurant had several empty tables, it was definitely not peak time. Our server barely checked on us. We won’t be back. Steer clear.

    Dinner date with one of my of my girlfriends here and she had never been. Service was great! Hottest was very helpful when my friend was bit late. Food was good and came out quickly! Would definitely go again.

    I was seated promptly. The hostess was very nice. My husband was very impressed with out waitress. She gave excellent service. Spaghetti and fish is AMAZING.

    Very cute, the food is good, but a bit overhyped in my opinion. The charbroiled oysters were great, espresso martini was good, and the fried chicken sandwich and burger were also good, but not worth a special trip.
